A Parents’ Forum
entitled “ May Bukas Pa” was given at the Center last
March 28 by Bro. Jun Cruz and his wife, Sis. Marion.
The forum aimed to help parents give love to their
children in ways they can understand and appreciate. It
also wanted to teach parents to give positive
discipline to their children.
In attendance were about 70 mothers and fathers of our
scholars. At hand to render support were some couples
and singles from the Ligaya ng Panginoon Community who
acted as discussion leaders in the small groupings.
It was indeed an eye-opener for all the parents to know
that each one had his/her own love language. Also, Sis.
Marion talked about the effective and ineffective ways
to discipline a child and even taught them some
discipline techniques.
