The
Balik-Bahay Program, literally translated as "Back to Home",
seeks to bring street children back to their homes and families
if possible and to provide a decent home for those in need.
The
foundation runs a temporary shleter for homeless boys. At present.
ten boys are being cared for by a Household "Kuya"
(literally translated, "big brother"), an assistant
Kuya, and a cook.
The
Balik-Bahay Program also helps to provide the street children's
families with a permanent home, working to improve living conditions
and beautify the surroundings in the He
Cares Village in Montalban, Rizal.
